One of the most anticipated shows of the night, Casely-Hayford’s AW17 show did not disappoint. With a mixture of female and male models (a much more common sight this LC:M season) Casely-Hayford used this to show the depth of their structured collection.
From deep turquoises, ocean blues and classic hues of beige we saw pieces such as blazers and outerwear taking on signature prints that have allowed Casely-Hayford to become one of the most sought after designers of the season. Stand out pieces, such as the collections polka dot overcoat resembling a veil, ever-so-chicly became pieces to remember.
Of course we couldn’t forget the turquoise suit that was complimented with light jacket underneath with a contrasting cream zipped roll neck. Colour was key and it worked. For both mens and womenswear it was about balancing the oversized look with fitted signature pieces, making it hard to not find something to love from this collection.
